Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

When placing your order please make sure you have no allergies to metal or silicone.

Also make sure you are not allergic to adhesive remover if you are purchasing a wig/hair piece that you are planning to use tape or glue to keep your wig in place. Please always read the label and contents carefully.

CUSTOM MADE WIGS are NON REFUNDABLE. This is due to them been made especially for you and and unique to your requests. If you experience any problems I will work with you to make adjustments.

If you are having a problem with your product, you must notify me within 48 hours of receiving it, via email or message describing the issue. I will respond within 48 hours. In order to resolve your issue you must return the wig, I will not cover this cost.
DO NOT return packages with out contacting me 1st.

On evaluating the issues raised, any problems found will be rectified free of cost. If I do not find the issues described I will let you know and give you options you may have to address. I will contact you to let you know of the evaluation, if you choose not to have the product corrected, it will be returned to you. You will be responsible for paying the postage since there was nothing wrong with the wig/hair piece. If I have made alterations I will pay the postage.

Refunds and amendments will NOT be made on products that you have tried to amend yourself (colouring/cutting). Before you decide to colour your hair piece/wig yourself please contact me first. If you would like me to colour or cut your hair piece for you additional charges will apply. 

Production of CUSTOM MADE orders typically take 2 weeks of confirmation and payment. A deposit is agreed and required before your order is supplied. This deposit is non refundable. If you want to cancel your order or to make any changes you must contact me immediately.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the process has begun. If you cancel your order you will not get your deposit back.
Deposits will be at least 50% payment of your estimated price when placing orders. The rest will be paid when the hair piece/wig is completed and before posting.

Please understand by submitting an order you are agreeing to the these term and conditions. You will not be able to proceed with an order without agreeing to the terms and conditions of this site.
